Q: Do I need to do all 6 sessions? Or can I pick and choose?
A: I would advise completing all 6 sessions, particularly if you would like to gain the certification.
Q: Is it a group course or 1:1?
A: You can choose to do it as part of a group or as ten 1:1 sessions with me. I would recommend a group course as you will meet other leaders and can develop together.
Q: What is the time commitment for this course?
A: Sessions are 90 minutes over a 12 week period. All via Zoom with about 30 minutes of reflection homework to complete before the next session.

A: A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 to a group.
Q. Who are the InstituteLM?
A: The Institute of Leadership & Management is one of the largest providesr of leadership courses in the UK and Europe. The Emotional Intelligent Leader course has gone through a rigorous process, to gain InstituteLM accreditiation. This means once this course has been completed you can gain an InstituteLM Accredited certificate, a digital badge and the right to have post-nominals. (fee is £65).
