Q: Do I need to do all 8 sessions? Or can I pick and choose?
A: I would advise completing all 8 sessions, particularly if you would like to gain the Institute of Leadership certification.

Q: Is it a group course or 1:1?
A: You can choose to do it as part of a group or as eight 1:1 coaching sessions with Malarvilie.
Q: What is the time commitment for this course?
A: All sessions are on zoom and are 90 mins over a 6-12 week period with about 30 minutes of reflection homework to complete before the next session.

Q. How big are the groups?
A: A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 to a group.
Q. Who are the Institute of Leadership?
A: The Institute is one of the largest provider of leadership courses in the UK and Europe. The Assertive Leadership course has gone through a rigorous process, to gain Institute accreditation. This means once this course has been completed you can gain an accredited certificate (fee is £85) and post-nominals to add to your name.
