1:1 Coaching Supervision

Service Description

The Supervisor will ensure the coach develops good and ethical practice. The session is run 3 times a year for a group and 6 times a year for individuals. There is also a blended option. You will: Continue your professional development by increasing your tools and methods of coaching Experience a variety of supervision models to develop essential reflection skills Gain a safe space to discuss difficulties, personal barriers and gain new perspectives Receive constructive feedback on your coaching practice
