2 DAY COURSE

I support school leaders to create a self-sustaining culture of professional development through tailored, ILM recognised 1 or 2 day coaching courses.

"The style I learnt in the coaching programme was to help guide colleagues to the right approach rather than to dictate the correct method. I found this process particularly useful in becoming more reflective as a practitioner, something in which I encourage all my colleagues to develop".
