At Your Organisation

I support school leaders to introduce, embed and sustain a coaching culture through a bespoke programme of on-going support.

This course will enable participants to:

 

  • Gain essential coaching skills in listening, questioning & reflecting

  • Gain a deeper understanding of the GROW model

  • Use coaching for effective observation feedback, line management, appraisals & a variety of situations

  • Improve Teaching & Learning through staff collaboration & sharing of good practice

  • Have an impact on staff morale, succession planning and staff retention

  • Includes evaluations and impact surveys/reports
