1 DAY COURSE

This one-day course is designed to build confidence and skills in using a coaching approach to inspire, challenge & empower teams.

Essential Coaching Skills For School Leaders

 

2 DAY COURSE

This two day course is designed to give you practical skills in using a coaching approach in the school-based leadership context. 

You will:

 

  • Be able to reframe observation feedback to become a lesson dialogue ensuring staff no longer feel judged but feel supported in their development.

  • Learn to lead with empathy by understanding the needs, behaviours and viewpoints of those around you and how to coach specific personality types

  • Have the opportunity to be listened to & coached through your own professional challenges & goals

 

 

 

 
 

Introduce, Embed & Sustain a Coaching Culture

 

3 DAY COURSE

This course will give you the tools and reflection time to create a clear plan of action in order to introduce, embed & sustain a Coaching Culture at your organisation.

You will:

 

  • Know how to create a bespoke action plan to transform the culture of your school. Teaching & Learning through staff collaboration & sharing of good practice using a coaching approach

  • Have an impact on staff morale, succession planning and staff retention

  • Change management – What conditions need to be in place to ensure this is a success?

  • Includes evaluations and impact surveys/reports

ILM Level 5 In Coaching & Mentoring

 

ONE YEAR COURSE

You will:

 

  • Be able to assess your own skills, knowledge and behaviours as a coach and mentor

  • Know how to manage the coaching or mentoring process within an organisational context

  • Deepen your understanding of how the organisational context can affect coaching or mentoring

  • Plan, deliver and review your coaching and mentoring
